PRIMEPEOPLE works with you to analyze your current situation and your objectives. We look at over 90 different aspects, engaging in a highly specific assessment of your business situation, identifying the importance of the position for your business success, using these findings to establish the requirements for the candidates, and stipulating the results that the new executive is expected to achieve in the first three, six, and twelve months.
In this way, we produce a persuasive development narrative that we can use to promote your company and the relevant position among candidates. If necessary, we will also talk with potential future colleagues and integrate any further requirements and ideas that may result.

Personal: making contact
The initial approach to potential candidates represents a critical juncture. Will we be able to quickly arouse their interest? Pinpoint how the position will benefit them personally? Lay the basis for subsequent in-depth discussions and create a sense of trust?
To ensure maximum success, this step is only carried out by our Managing Partners, whose many years of professional and life experience enable them to find just the right approach. Even at this early stage, candidates are made fully aware that they are communicating with a partner who can answer their questions competently and is authorized to represent your company.
Given the highly dynamic nature of the IT industry, the half-life of specialist qualifications is short. Knowledge and certificates such as PMI, CMMI, ITIL, SCRUM, IPMA, DSDM, and PRINCE2 are certainly valuable, but can only be used for orientation purposes.
PRIMEPEOPLE therefore places particular emphasis on the personalities and characters of the candidates and their individual recipes for success. This is where our Managing Partners bring their talents to bear, using the relevant specialist language to make targeted follow-up inquiries in interviews, examining career steps, and thus gaining an idea of the specific strengths of each potential candidate. This individual impression is then compared with a personality analysis, which we generate through the use of scientifically proven methods and have established as a permanent fixture in our consulting services.
In special cases, we use further elements of aptitude testing to refine our overall impression.

PRIMEPEOPLE issues an authoritative report that recommends those candidates we perceive to be the best and serves as the starting point for holding interviews on your premises. We are happy to participate in these interviews and subsequently advise you on further steps.
