Philosophy

Having achieved a successful career in IT, our head and founder Rainer Mayer created the PRIMEPEOPLE partnership in 1999 with the following mission:

“As an IT personnel consultancy, PRIMEPEOPLE supports supervisory board members, executive board members, and managers from all levels of IT businesses and all departments whose success is governed by IT. We help them achieve their objectives and targets by providing advice and taking on personnel management tasks that are critical to success. Our core activities are the identification and selection of executives and professionals, as well as the training of employees both when they join and throughout their careers. Associated services such as mentoring, coaching, and training ensure that the new employees will be successful at the company.”

PRIMEPEOPLE has stayed true to this calling, which has made our partner network a growing and thriving success story. Our client portfolio now includes national, SME-type businesses and major international corporate groups alike.

At PRIMEPEOPLE, you will only find specialist personnel consultants who speak the language of IT and maintain productive business relationships within the industry.   • For PRIMEPEOPLE, our candidates are our customers
  • PRIMEPEOPLE talks to candidates not only about specialist skills and leadership qualities, but also about personality, soft skills, and values
  • PRIMEPEOPLE is well aware of the great importance of soft skills, which is why we make use of our Personality Positioning System (PPS). As a result, we only present our clients with candidate profiles that feature standout soft skills and match both the client and the specific role
  • PRIMEPEOPLE is committed to absolute discretion with respect to our candidates and their data
  • PRIMEPEOPLE provides candidates with all the necessary and relevant information about the position in a manner that is clear, complete, and up to date
  • PRIMEPEOPLE gives candidates open and constructive feedback in relation to their qualifications and application documents
  • PRIMEPEOPLE proactively and directly informs candidates of the current project status and subsequent steps, in addition to providing a sound assessment of their chances of success

  • PRIMEPEOPLE only takes on assignments for which we are qualified on the basis of our experience and our explicit knowledge of the industry – and for which we can guarantee success given the appropriate resources

  • PRIMEPEOPLE only takes on assignments that we can process with the necessary objectivity and impartiality and without conflicts of interest

  • PRIMEPEOPLE only works with clients who share our value system

  • As a matter of principle, PRIMEPEOPLE never sends unsolicited candidate resumes to businesses. These are only submitted as part of a corresponding framework agreement or project contract

  • PRIMEPEOPLE practices clear client protection, meaning that we promise not to approach employees of active clients in an attempt to promote other clients or jobs

  • PRIMEPEOPLE is committed to the highest levels of discretion in the handling of all information and data that we receive from our clients
