Stephan Hechler holds an MBA, General Management. For more than fifteen years he has worked successfully in today’s digital world. Following six years of freelancing in software sales, Mr Hechler began his management career in 2005 working for a number of renowned medium-sized software companies as General Manager, COO and Managing Director with particular responsibilities in business and personnel development.
Mr Hechler’s expertise in Human Resource Consulting is focused on Digital Enterprises. He specialises in recruitment of executives as well as leadership and professional staff in the fields of General Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Business and Product Development and Human Resources.
His long-standing experience as Managing Director and COO within Digital Enterprises has given him particularly insights into the needs and requirements of his clients and allows him to engage his clients with great competence and cooperation.
