The expected exponential growth in the coming years requires an Entrepreneur with a global mindset, an assertive personality who leads the division with a strategic and operational approach. You are reporting to the executive board.

As a visionary, you are responsible for the further development of the solution portfolio. You will oversee the business from analyzing client needs (B2B and B2C), define customer journeys, create relevant digital products, services and software solutions with focus on Platform-Development and IT-Operations. You will differentiate the products from the competition and create and implement them with your team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics or Computer Sciences. Master’s Degree preferred
  • You have an international mindset and a strong understanding of working for the US market. Ideally, you lead teams or projects for the US Market
  • You are currently working in a startup or medium-sized company environment favorably providing leading-edge SAAS Solutions
  • You provide 5 to 10 years’ extensive experience in the area of dynamic corporate management at C-Level
  • You can apply methods such as Scrum, Kanban and DevOps
  • You are characterized by a high level of leadership competence and experience in management, control and development of larger, decentralized teams of employees in an agile working environment
  • Business fluent in English and ideally German language



  • Knowledge of the E-mobility sector is a plus
  • Deep familiarity with building and operations for mission critical, high-volume, high-availability, secure commerce systems
  • Working understanding of digital payment processing


  • You have deep knowledge of SAAS models and IT-Architecture
  • Working understanding of contemporary architecture best practices - ability to engage with platform architects to ensure the company's architectural strategies are harmonized and sustainable
  • You feel comfortable with the latest techniques in Software Development and you understand the benefits of AI and Bots
  • Ideally familiar with services that support both hardware and software clients

Risk Management / Security

  • Able to set and direct security policies and ensure threat reviews and proper security practices are carried out in a consistent manner by the entire organization
  • Ensure that data privacy, data protection and payment regulatory requirements are addressed in development and operations and that responsibility for these critical areas is clearly defined and maintained throughout the organization
  • Able to effectively lead incident responses bringing the SMEs and leads together to rapidly evaluating the scope, impact of incidents, weigh corrective actions, communicate to executive management and apply corrective action
